Sales Terms
These terms apply to digital products ordered directly from Eva Jank Culinary Studio. Brand collaborations and custom services are governed by their individual proposal or agreement.

Products and prices
The Food Photo Code is a 34-page digital PDF for personal use, priced at €34.95 including VAT. The Plate Code — Volume 1 is a 13-page digital PDF for personal use, priced at €14.95 including VAT. Studio Edition: The Signature Plate Guide + Workbook is a 30-page digital PDF for personal use, priced at €29.95 including VAT. No physical product is supplied.
Ordering and payment
An order begins when the customer sends the prepared order email. Eva Jank Culinary Studio replies with the bank-transfer details and payment reference. The order is accepted when those payment instructions are issued. The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address and payment reference.
Delivery
The PDF is delivered to the customer’s email address within 24 hours after the payment has been received and confirmed. A bank transfer may take time to appear. If the file does not arrive within that period, the customer should contact info@evajank.com.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Before the PDF is delivered, the customer is asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery of the digital content begins. If that consent and acknowledgement are removed from the prepared order email, Eva Jank Culinary Studio will request separate confirmation before sending the PDF.
Licence and copyright
The purchase gives one customer a personal, non-transferable right to use the PDF. The PDF, photographs and text may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, distributed, taught from commercially or used to create another product without written permission. All intellectual-property rights remain with Eva Jank Culinary Studio.
Problems and complaints
If a file is incomplete, corrupted or sent to the wrong address because of a studio error, Eva Jank Culinary Studio will provide a correct replacement. Questions or complaints can be sent to info@evajank.com. Please include the purchaser’s name, payment date and a clear description of the problem.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
